What types of payment do you accept?
CR accepts payment by cheque and electronic bank transfer. It is also simple to make an online credit card payment - visit Pay an Invoice where you will be guided through the process. All you will need is your invoice number, amount and a relevant email address. Please note we do not store any information regarding your credit card transaction on our servers and your transaction is handled entirely by WorldPay one of the worlds leading payment processing services.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
At present Company Reporting only accepts payment annually.
How much will I have to pay?
Company Reporting has a number of different services and an extensive discount structure. Please contact our Sales Department with your details and you will receive the best quote tailored to your specific needs within 24 hours.
Can I share my login details with other people?
With a single user subscription login details are for the named user only and as such, as much as possible, should be utilised by them exclusively. For multi user subscriptions details can be used by the appropriate number of logins. If you require access for more than one user we offer substantial discounts for second and subsequent accesses.
Can I login to the website in more than one location?
You can use your Company Reporting login details to login to the Member's Area from any computer at any location. However, you can only be logged in at one computer concurrently so will not be able to use the same details simultaneously in two different locations.
Can I buy multi-user subscriptions?
You can add as many users to your subscription as you need. Company Reporting is very flexible and has customers with hundreds of users, as well as small companies with only one - please contact us to discuss your needs; we offer generous discounts for multi-user packages.
What if I want to upgrade my subscription?
Company Reporting subscribers can upgrade their subscription any time. Simply contact us by email or phone and this will be done for you immediately and with the minimum of fuss.
Can I trial a subcription before I decide to buy?
Company Reporting offers a 14 day trial to our CR Plus subscription for potential customers - please complete the registration form and this will be set up for you within 24 hours.
Where can I review your terms of service and privacy policy?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Company Reporting hopes you will not wish to cancel your subscription and will do all we can to address any issues you may have. Should you wish to terminate you access this can be done at any time using the contact form on the website.
